I am not that great with a piping bag so I am exstatic that they came out so well .The eyes are Dumdum lolly pops ,fruit rings and M&Ms .Purple,yellow and blue frosting string piped on top of chocolate cupcakes.

These cute cupcakes were the very first I tried making over 3 years ago .This is when I caught the cupcake bug.These were for Father's Day but also a hint for Ernie to mow the lawn.
I found the idea in Family Fun.

Muddy tires or Snow tires Cupcakes

Muddy tires or snow tires it all depends were you live .I got the idea for these cupcakes from my friend Shilo.She brought Muddy Tires to the pinewood derby as a treat .I loved them and got an idea .It was snowing out side the first snow of the season .The roads were awful !!So decided to make snow tires and every thing is better on top of a cupcake!
Who doesn't like chocolate covered oreos! or cream filled cookies.

Pine wood Derby Cupcakes

Tonight is the Pinewood Derby .We have 5 cars all of them made by Ernie except this one .I still hope my car goes fast.
