Coffee Toffee Crunch Cupcakes with Mocha Butter Cream Frosting

These cupcakes came out just the way I had hoped. I  love the smell of coffee even though I don't drink it.  But I  love coffee icecream and a Rhode Island favorite Coffee Milk made with a coffee syrup much like Chocolate milk.  The Mocha butter cream frosting is so delicious!
I decorated the cupcakes with some Heath Bar  bits, Chocolate Jimmies and Coffeenut M&Ms.
The cupcakes are coffee flavored with brewed coffee and Heath Bar baking bits mixed in.

National Donut Day and Boy Scouts Spaghetti Dinner on the same day! Cupcake #1. Decorated with tiny donuts and vanilla buttercream frosting. Cupcake #2 decorated with cookies and cream mint buttercream frosting and the Boys Scout emblem in white chocolate  and gold. The Boy Scout cupcakes were for a dessert auction.

Mexican Hot Chocolate Cupcakes with Cinnamon Vanilla Butter Cream Frosting
with Wilton candy melts cactus toppers made from an ice cube tray found at Walmart.
 I made the cupcakes by adding 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper and 1 teaspoon cinnamon to my Chocolate cupcake recipe.

General Conference Cupcakes Spring 2019

Banana Chocolate Chip Cupcakes with Chocolate Butter cream and because I have watching The Great British Bake Off on Netflix I decided to make a Victoria Sponge cupcake with homemade strawberry jam filling and vanilla butter cream frosting. Topped with LDS Temple candy mold toppers I got from Kitchen Kneads made by Martha's molds.
