Caramel Apple Cupcakes
































We went to our church family Camp Out Friday night we had a good time except for Maddy falling and banging her knee .She has a nice big bruise .Ernie signed me up to bring a dessert.So I made Caramel Apple Cupcakes.
1.Spice cake mix



2 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup,peeled, cored and chopped Granny Smith apple
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees .Combine cake mix with eggs, sour cream, milk,oil,and apple.


2. Spoon batter into lined cupcake tins,filling 2/3s full bake 18-20 minutes do not over bake Cool on wire rack.
Makes 20-24 cupcakes .


Caramel and Brown sugar Buttercream Frosting
1 cup butter at room temperature 1/2 cup light brown sugar


4 cups powered sugar
2-3 tbsp.milk


1 tsp.vanilla


3-4 tbsp.caramel sauce



1. Cream butter and brown sugar together .Mix in vanilla .Add the powdered sugar and beat until smooth .Add the milk to loosen .Mix in the caramel sauce .Scrape down the sides of the bowl and beat for about a minute until frosting is smooth.
