Extra Cupcakes Extra Frosting

   Cupcakes, two times this week and now I have two times the extras. When I make cupcakes I only frost the ones I need. This past week I had a request for chocolate and red velvet cupcakes 20 of one and 17 the other. Leaving me with extras. I freeze the ones I don't need which is good for the times when my husband does his Home Teaching; he can bring some to his appointments. Did I mention I also have frosting too that I have to use at some point.
