   Douglas is my 11 year old Nephew from Massachusetts. Douglas made these cupcakes for a family get together on Easter. He planned and prepared for weeks to make sure these cupcakes came out just the way he wanted them too. That young man has some mad skills. Bird's Nest Cupcakes with Ferris Wheel Cupcake Stand

  My friend Emily makes these bird's nests with her family every year at Easter. I thought they would be cute on top of a cupcake. Emily also gave me this Ferris Wheel cupcake stand as a birthday gift. She is a wonderful person and a great friend!    Happy Easter!

Sunday Breakfast

   Making a Sunday breakfast for my family doesn't happen that often. We usually have to be at church by 8:30 am. But not this past Sunday, once every six months we get to watch it on TV. I planned a great breakfast cheesy scrambled eggs, thick cut bacon, orange juice and Breakfast Bundt Cake. The cake has blue berries, maple syrup and bacon all my favorites. Extra Cupcakes Extra Frosting

   Cupcakes, two times this week and now I have two times the extras. When I make cupcakes I only frost the ones I need. This past week I had a request for chocolate and red velvet cupcakes 20 of one and 17 the other. Leaving me with extras. I freeze the ones I don't need which is good for the times when my husband does his Home Teaching; he can bring some to his appointments. Did I mention I also have frosting too that I have to use at some point. Lady Liberty Chocolate Cupcakes

  So when your husband asks you to make cupcakes for his college history class party what do you say? "Aren't you to old for a party?" Well my daughter says, "Make them your self". But I didn't want him to be the only one who did not bring any thing to the party.
 Here is Lady Liberty she is part of our great history. Just think of all those huddled masses from all over Europe who were so happy to see her in the New York harbor.

Macbeth Cupcakes "Out Dam Spot !!!"

     Last night was the finale performance Of Macbeth in which my daughter played Lady Macbeth. Emma- Lea did an outstanding job!
