Christmas Cookie Wreath Cupcakes
Here is cupcake #2. This cupcake is also chocolate. Ernie requested chocolate because these cupcakes are going with him to the dental lab. They needed some Christmas spirit, they are not having a party. I also frosted the cupcakes with Pillsbury Funfetti Holiday Frosting in green. Murray butter cookies dipped in green melting chocolate sprinkled with Christmas sprinkles and M&Ms.

Pretzel Christmas Present Cupcakes
I was beginning to think with the time ticking away, I would not have the chance to make and decorate cupcakes. But I was wrong here is the first of three cupcakes headed for church, work, school and for here at home. The cupcake is chocolate. The frosting is Pillsbury Holiday Funfetti in red. The pretzel present came from this blog. http://www.kristendukephotography.com/christmas-present-pretzels/ I put my own spin on them as I always do.

Canning Jar Lid Mini Apple Pies
I just ate one whole apple pie! And I don't feel bad about it at all! When its a mini apple pie made in a Ball canning jar lid well then that's OK. The problem comes when you have to have more than one. I first saw this cute idea on Pinterest.
I used regular mouth Ball lids and bands. The lids turned shiny side up. The pie crust is store bought. I could make homemade but this was easier. Judge me if you wish. The pie filling is my sister Jen's homemade pie filling. Its so good! But if you are unlucky not to have a jar. You could make your own or use canned. I baked these at 350 for 30 minutes.
