Coffee Toffee Crunch Cupcakes with Mocha Butter Cream Frosting

These cupcakes came out just the way I had hoped. I  love the smell of coffee even though I don't drink it.  But I  love coffee icecream and a Rhode Island favorite Coffee Milk made with a coffee syrup much like Chocolate milk.  The Mocha butter cream frosting is so delicious!
I decorated the cupcakes with some Heath Bar  bits, Chocolate Jimmies and Coffeenut M&Ms.
The cupcakes are coffee flavored with brewed coffee and Heath Bar baking bits mixed in.

Rainbows and Airplanes

   Its that time of year when the young women and young men have a fundraising dinner. We also have a silent auction for services, baked goods and other items. My daughter and I were in charge of the dessert table and cart. Emma-Lea pushed the cart around the room selling desserts. She said it was a lot of fun. I made Airplane cupcakes and Pot of gold at the end of the rainbow cupcakes along with mini Heath bar trifle cups for the dessert table. I also made a large Heath bar trifle for the auction.
