Peanut Butter and Chocolate Oreos are Caroline's favorite treat. She is one of the beautiful young ladies I teach on Sunday. She just turned 12 so I wanted to do something for her birthday and Valentines Day. I also love Dove Chocolates. The blog were I found the Idea for the Melted Hearts is listed below .

Game Day Cupcakes
Well, I wish the Patriots were going to the Super Bowl. Better luck next year.
We still plan to watch the game any way .
Maddy really wanted to make some cupcakes so I followed her lead.
We started with a yellow cake mix batter added 1 cup mashed banana,1 cup of her favorite crushed breakfast cereal a chocolate and peanut butter corn puff. We mixed in 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter. They came out really delicious. To decorate we unwrapped a few Hershey's Chocolate Easter eggs. Did you know they already have them out in the stores .With some melted white chocolate we piped on the laces and made the field goal post and green frosting for the grass.I think they turned out cute.

Chocolate Cupcake with Cookie Butter Frosting
Cookie Butter! I had never heard of it before. I found it at Trader Joe's. Its very much like peanut butter but has a gingerbread cookie taste. I mixed about 1\3 of a cup of cookie butter into 2 cups of vanilla frosting until well incorporated. The mixture now tastes like sugar cookies. Piped a swirl of frosting onto the top of some chocolate cupcakes. Then came the chocolate covered Cheerios. Plain Cheerios dipped in melted chocolate. A labor of love and well worth it,very addicting!

Santa Hat Pretzel Cupcake
Santa Hat Pretzels
I first saw these cute pretzels on Pinterest and I knew I would have to make them. I think they are even cuter on top of a cupcake and in a bag of M&M pretzel bites.
