Today is Earth Day
So I decided to make some chocolate cupcakes with gummy worms, Oreo Cookie dirt, chocolate Frosted Flakes mulch and chocolate frosting mud. My girls did not mind getting dirty while they ate them. Well Emma kinda did.
They also did something to make our little piece of this earth more beautiful, they participated in a service project to clean up a park in Kensington MD.

Melted Heart cupcakes
Peanut Butter and Chocolate Oreos are Caroline's favorite treat. She is one of the beautiful young ladies I teach on Sunday. She just turned 12 so I wanted to do something for her birthday and Valentines Day. I also love Dove Chocolates. The blog were I found the Idea for the Melted Hearts is listed below .

Game Day Cupcakes
Well, I wish the Patriots were going to the Super Bowl. Better luck next year.
We still plan to watch the game any way .
Maddy really wanted to make some cupcakes so I followed her lead.
We started with a yellow cake mix batter added 1 cup mashed banana,1 cup of her favorite crushed breakfast cereal a chocolate and peanut butter corn puff. We mixed in 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter. They came out really delicious. To decorate we unwrapped a few Hershey's Chocolate Easter eggs. Did you know they already have them out in the stores .With some melted white chocolate we piped on the laces and made the field goal post and green frosting for the grass.I think they turned out cute.
Maddy's Cupcake with 3 goal posts.
