I told my husband Ernie and he and my daughter Adrianne made it for me. It was family team work at its best! In fact the whole day was team work, from Ernie's chili for the cook off to carving the pumpkin and everything in between. I love my family!!

Chocolate cupcakes for Emma-Lea's 18th Birthday!

    Emma-Lea Loves dinosaurs ever since she was little. She talked me into buying the chocolate mold by saying she wanted them on her birthday cupcakes. This was months ago and I kind of forgot until a few days ago. Luckily I had every thing I needed. Happy Birthday!!!!

Of course I had to add some pink Maddy's favorite color. I used the new frosting flavor Raspberry Sherbet by Betty Crocker and a can of cream cheese frosting swirled on top with candy mold butterflies.
