Rio Pineapple Banana Cupcakes

Last week Georgetown Cupcakes posted a recipe for Rio Pineapple Banana Cupcakes on their Facebook page. Today I made the Cupcakes along with the Cream cheese frosting from their cook book "The Cupcake Diaries" page 20. The recipe was easy and the cupcakes delicious! Of course I added my own Olympic twist. Go USA!

For the raspberry butter cream I just added 3/4cup of fresh raspberries to a basic vanilla butter cream frosting.
