"Dirt" Cupcakes for Earth Day
Today is Earth Day
So I decided to make some chocolate cupcakes with gummy worms, Oreo Cookie dirt, chocolate Frosted Flakes mulch and chocolate frosting mud. My girls did not mind getting dirty while they ate them. Well Emma kinda did.
They also did something to make our little piece of this earth more beautiful,they participated in a service project to clean up a park in Kensington MD.

Chocolate and Strawberry Cupcakes
http://www.yourcupofcake.com/2012/06/strawberry-pop-tart-cupcakes.html This is the recipe I followed.I added 1/2 a cup of mini chocolate chips and 1 cup chopped freeze dried strawberry slices to the batter.To a can of vanilla frosting I added 1/4 of a cup of pulverized freeze dried strawberries and mixed it well. Melted Heart cupcakes
Peanut Butter and Chocolate Oreos are Caroline's favorite treat. She is one of the beautiful young ladies I teach on Sunday.
