I used regular mouth Ball lids and bands. The lids turned shiny side up. The pie crust is store bought. I could make homemade but this was easier. Judge me if you wish. The pie filling is my sister Jen's homemade pie filling. Its so good! But if you are unlucky not to have a jar. You could make your own or use canned. I baked these at 350 for 30 minutes.

Little Key Lime Green Frog Cupcakes
I loved these little frogs when I saw them on http://www.madetobeamomma.com/2013/08/oreo-frogs.html. I have been trying to figure out something to do to celebrate Amanda's birthday and I think I found it. I did make some changes. Happy Birthday Amanda!

Chocolate Cupcakes with Bacon and Eggs
Tommy likes breakfast. But really it's the BACON that's his favorite so I wanted to make him something with bacon in it or on it. I found this recipe and decided to make it into cupcakes. http://www.yourcupofcake.com/2013/08/chocolate-bacon-bundt-cake.html I used melted white chocolate and M&Ms for the eggs.
Tommy and his Family will soon be moving to Germany! I will miss his smiling face and his enthusiasm. I was so blessed to have him in my Primary class. I hope you have fun on your new adventure!

Under The Sea Cupcakes
Tomorrow is the anniversary of the first date I had with my husband Ernie, June 10th 1995. He was in the U.S. Navy stationed at the Naval War College in New Port, Rhode Island. We went to an air show and saw The Blue Angels and ate free pizza from Little Cesar's (Thanks Charlie!)on the lawn of Fort Adams. That was 18 years ago. That's one long walk on the beach and its not over yet!
To a wonderful husband and father, I love you!
Now for the cupcakes: They are vanilla cupcakes with Pillsbury Funfetti aqua blue vanilla frosting. I then used Gummy octopus, Swedish Fish, green licorice and Jelly Belly jelly beans.

Marshmallow Ice Cream Cone Cupcake Toppers
Emma-Lea texted me yesterday and asked me if I would make some cupcakes for a party at school.
I have been wanting to make these cupcakes for a while and collected all the ingredients.
The marshmallow ice cream cones came from this blog. http://thepartiologist.blogspot.jp/2013/05/neapolitan-marshmallow-ice-cream-cones.html .The chocolate cupcake recipe came from http://www.hellmanns.com/recipes/detail/32576/1/super-moist-chocolate-mayo-cake . The frosting is a simple butter cream.
