Happy Falling Maple Leaves

  I have been waiting so long to make these cute cupcakes. I fell in love with the maple leaf cookies the moment I saw them on this blog. http://www.partypinching.com/tutorials/leaf-cookies/ The cupcake is chocolate with a chocolate filling and a vanilla butter cream frosting.

For all of you who don't know what to do with those fast food drink holders, they are great for transporting cupcakes!

Canning Jar Lid Mini Apple Pies

    I just ate one whole apple pie! And I don't feel bad about it at all! When its a mini apple pie made in a Ball canning jar lid well then that's OK. The problem comes when you have to have more than one. I first saw this cute idea on Pinterest.
   I used regular mouth Ball lids and bands. The lids turned shiny side up. The pie crust is store bought. I could make homemade but this was easier. Judge me if you wish. The pie filling is my sister Jen's homemade pie filling. Its so good! But if you are unlucky not to have a jar. You could make your own or use canned. I baked these at 350 for 30 minutes.

Little Key Lime Green Frog Cupcakes

I loved these little frogs when I saw them on http://www.madetobeamomma.com/2013/08/oreo-frogs.html. I have been trying to figure out something to do to celebrate Amanda's birthday and I think I found it. I did make some changes. Happy Birthday Amanda!
