Cookie Cupcakes with Raspberry Buttercream Frosting.

I saw these cupcakes in everyday Food by Martha Stewart and had to make them for my Aunt for her birthday .Instead of the raspberry fluff frosting I made a raspberry butter cream.
Inside the cupcake there is an Oreo cookie .I used the Oreos with the raspberry filling .I love the combination of raspberry and chocolate.

Boy Scout Medals

I know these are not cupcakes ,but they turned out so well I thought I would post them .
Ernie (the hubby)and I made them for a fitness Olympics he was planning for his scouts.

They are white chocolate poured into molds of the Boy Scout emblem.Then painted with Pearl dust in gold, silver and bronze.The boys all felt like winners and they are.

S'more Cupcakes

I have been wanting to make a cupcake with all the fun of this summer treat .This is what I came up with.
A Graham Cracker cupcake base (I substituted Graham cracker crumbs for some of the flour in my cake recipe .About 2. 1/4 cups of crumbs and 3/4 cups flour,instead of 3. cups of flour.It turned out great.I topped each cupcake with a square of Hershey's milk chocolate and a toasted marshmallow sprinkled with some Graham Cracker crumbs.
