I have been wanting to make a cupcake with all the fun of this summer treat .This is what I came up with.
A Graham Cracker cupcake base (I substituted Graham cracker crumbs for some of the flour in my cake recipe .About 2. 1/4 cups of crumbs and 3/4 cups flour,instead of 3. cups of flour.It turned out great.I topped each cupcake with a square of Hershey's milk chocolate and a toasted marshmallow sprinkled with some Graham Cracker crumbs.
