Pot of Gold at the End of the Rainbow Cupcakes

Chocolate mint crunch cupcakes with vanilla mint buttercream frosting.
The cupcakes have Keebler Grasshopper Cookie crumbs in side the cupcake batter. That's what gives them have a little crunch. I used Rolos for the pots of Gold and gold sanding sugar for the toppers.
